Slow computer is the number one problem we see here at Supreme Computer Solutions, and many things can cause a computer to run slow; such as a virus or malware infection, too many startup items opening up, could be due a slow/low powered CPU Processor, could be a Windows update being installed, could be insufficient RAM Memory that can’t handle all of the running apps & programs or the most common problem is a failing or and old mechanical hard drive that just can’t keep up. 

• Check & diagnose the device to find out what’s causing the slowdown
• Please allow 24-48 hours for initial diagnosis 
• We contact you with our findings, discuss available options and provide cost of repair
• You then decide if you want to proceed and if you approve we start the repairs
• If you choose not to proceed, no problem, we don’t proceed further and you come to collect your device*
• When its all fixed and ready to go, we contact you for pickup
• Collect your device and enjoy it running better than ever

Solid State Drive (SSD) upgrade will give you the biggest boost in overall system performance, an SSD is about 5x faster than a traditional Mechanical HDD. With an SSD everything will feel snappier, it will bootup faster and programs will load & open up faster, overall it will feel snappier to use.

RAM Memory upgrade is also recommended if your device has 4GB of RAM or less, we recommend to upgrade to at least 8GB of RAM for every day user or 16GBs of RAM for more advanced users, however SSD upgrade should be done first as it will give you more overall performance.
