Many things can be causing wifi/internet connectivity issues and drop outs, anything from a dying router or a bad modem, faulty internal wifi card, misconfigured settings, driver issues or Windows problems can all be causing wifi/internet connectivity issues.

I have no internet, what can I do?

First thing to try is simply reboot your device, reboot your router & modem, that often fixes connectivity issues. If that doesn’t help then call your service provider to make sure there are no service interruptions going on. If still no good then run the Windows Networking Troubleshooter to fix any Windows configuration issues. If that doesn’t help then try another wireless router. If still not connecting then might be a deeper problem within the device that will require technical expertise to figureout and fix,

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for initial diagnosis 
  • We contact you with our findings, discuss available options and provide cost of repair
  • You then decide if you want to proceed and if you approve we start the repairs
  • If you choose not to proceed, no problem, we don’t proceed further and you come to collect your device*
  • When its all fixed and ready to go, we contact you for pickup
  • Collect your device and enjoy it running better than ever
