Hardware upgrade will improve the speed of a computer or laptop at a fraction of a cost than a new device. Over time, technological parts quickly become outdated, causing slowdowns and other issues. If you’re dealing with a computer that simply doesn’t function as well as it used to, you may be thinking about replacing it with a newer model, but doing few hardware upgrades will bring a whole new life and speed to an aging computer at much lower price than replacing it and most of the time your files & programs can stay in place. What’s involved in this service?

  • Check & diagnose the device to find out upgrade options
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for initial diagnosis 
  • We contact you with our findings, discuss available options and provide cost of repair
  • You then decide if you want to proceed and if you approve we start the repairs
  • If you choose not to proceed, no problem, we don’t proceed further and you come to collect your device*
  • When its all fixed and ready to go, we contact you for pickup
  • Collect your device and enjoy it running better than ever


Recommended Upgrades

Solid State Drive (SSD) upgrade will give you the biggest boost in overall system performance, an SSD is significantly faster than a traditional Mechanical HDD, everything will feel snappier, it will bootup faster and programs will load faster, overall it will feel snappier to use.

RAM Memory upgrade if your device has 4GB of RAM or less, we recommend to upgrade to at least 8GB of RAM for every day user or if you heavier user then recommended 16GBs of RAM or more.

Desktop Graphics Card upgrade for gamers or graphic editors/engineers, we recommend Nvidia RTX 3000 or RTX 4000 series cards or AMD RX 7000 series cards for optimal performance & enjoyment. 

Desktop Power Supply upgrade  is often necessary when upgrading components, these days 750w is minimum recommended but might need as big as 1000w or bigger depending on other components.

Desktop CPU upgrade is a recommended for gamers or video editors, we recommend Intel i5, i7 or i9 series processors or AMD Ryzen 7 or 9 for best performance.

Desktop Motherboard upgrade will be needed if upgrading the CPU as many time new generation of CPUs will require motherboard upgrade.

Desktop Cooling System upgrade is recommended when upgrading the CPU, a liquid cooling system will allow the CPU to run cooler and draw every ounce of performance out of the CPU.
